What work could your company already hand off to AI?

Artificial intelligence is already delivering results for companies. Together, we can find where it can make a difference in your operations, identifying automation opportunities and applying AI efficiently and securely. Small changes can cut costs, free your team for higher-value work and help your company gain a competitive edge.

About me

Davi Generoso

Systems analyst specialized in project management and applied AI. I have worked on integrations with some of the world's largest automakers, systems for dealership groups in Brazil and Argentina, squad leadership and classroom teaching. Today, that experience becomes AI agents and secure automations, with people in control and results you can follow.

Core specialty

Automotive industry

20 years building management systems that run car dealerships. I worked at major companies such as Linx, Stone and TOTVS. From the parts counter to the service shop, from lead to vehicle delivery, from tax to finance, plus file and API integrations with automakers.

Tailored solutions

Automations, integrations and custom systems that remove real operational bottlenecks, from customer service to finance, from documents to reports. Projects sized to the need, starting small and growing as results show up.

Consulting

For those who want to start using AI and don't know where to begin.

Not every company needs to start with a project. Often the first step is understanding where AI can already help, with the tools available today, and preparing the team to use them safely. Work designed mainly for small and mid-sized companies.

Talk about consulting
  • Assessment

I analyze the company's routine, workflows and documents and deliver a map of what AI can improve, with priorities and recommended tools.

  • Everyday tools

I present and help set up off-the-shelf AI tools that boost the team's productivity, without needing a new system.

  • Talks and training

Sessions with teams and managers on what AI can already do, with practical examples and how to handle data and privacy (LGPD).

Methodology

From problem to running system, with AI at both ends.

Each skill has its place in the flow that takes a real problem to a system in production, with human review where it matters.

Build · AI in the process

Business vision

I act as a business partner before a technology vendor. I learn how the company operates: its workflows, who does what and which processes are worth automating or improving with AI and other tools, always within compliance rules, security criteria and data protection laws such as Brazil's LGPD.

Data

Before writing the specification, I run a full audit of data and infrastructure: where data comes from, where it lives, who manages it and who can access it, following data protection rules. It goes beyond databases, which I know deeply through SQL: files, documents, spreadsheets, images and emails, which AI can also read and interpret.

Specification

I detail the workflows, business rules, data, and acceptance and security criteria before building, in short deliveries that start with what brings the most value. The specification guides the entire development, with or without AI, and only moves forward after review.

AI in the build

During the build, AI works with me from planning to testing, across code, automations and documents. Deliveries become faster and more rigorous than in a traditional process, with automated tests, security checks and documentation. Before going live, they go through acceptance testing and a pilot with a team that is already trained.

Automation and integrations

I set processes to run on their own: automatic emails, timely alerts, approval requests and systems that exchange information with each other. The goal is to require as little human intervention as possible, without compromising security or quality.

Applied AI

I build AI into the product: assistants and agents that spot patterns and carry out tasks within clear limits, tested with real cases and with costs under control. The solution learns from every decision and result, and processes become increasingly aligned. When there is doubt or an important decision, the AI hands the decision to a person.

Human in control

In the solutions I build, when the AI cannot decide on its own, it hands the case to a person with a summarized context, an explanation and, when possible, the approach it recommends. The decision stays human, and it gets faster.

Tracked results

Together we define the best way to follow each case: from an automatic email with what was done and its status, to interactive reports and dashboards. Monitoring flags anything unexpected before it becomes a problem, and what gets measured guides the next cycle.
