  2. 2024 Technology lead

    Planning and metrics in direct contact with the department's senior management, POs, other leads and other areas of the company. Soft skills developed in the team and in my own leadership, based on the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report, and AI brought into the team's daily work.

  3. 2021Development team lead

    Led one of the squads in the automaker department, with business analysts, developers and QA. File and API integrations with the major brands, from financial statements to sales, service and parts, and the lead journey from capture to delivery and after-sales, at their level of rigor in acceptance testing, pilots and data and credential security. Scrum in practice and people management, from hiring to the hardest decisions.

  4. 2015 to 2019International project in Argentina

    Argentine version of the system, from requirements gathering to rollout. In Spanish and on site, serving two dealership groups with several branches, working with executives, IT and operations teams.

  5. 2006Mid-level developer

    Started at CNP Engenharia de Sistemas, creator of one of Brazil's leading dealership management systems, later part of Linx. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Unisinos in 2009. Deep work in Delphi and SQL: large integration files with automakers and partners, ever larger databases as dealership groups grew, and a project for heavy equipment rental.
